The Company is a joint stock corporation organized under the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg qualifying as a securitization company under the Luxembourg Securitization Law of March 22, 2004. Our core business is the ownership and management of a geographically diversified and well maintained residential property portfolio of over 165,000 residential units throughout Germany.
Tenants' Protection
Comprehensive provisions pertaining to tenants' protection stand for our social responsibility in business operations. They have been defined and stipulated in Social Charters. Thereby we have defined a social standard which is widely recognized and appreciated in the whole of Germany and which always serves as a yardstick for socially acceptable business operations - even in small-scale sales transactions.
