Social Commitment
Housing is considered as one of the most important basic needs. Therefore housing companies are in particular called upon to fulfil their obligation of acting in a socially responsible way. We do not only take up this challenge by showing social commitment towards our customers and society, but we also intend to set standards for the entire housing sector.
Tenant Protection
Comprehensive provisions pertaining to tenant protection stand for our social responsibility in business operations. They have been defined and stipulated in Social Charters. Thereby we have defined a social standard which is widely recognized and appreciated in the whole of Germany and which always serves as a yardstick for socially acceptable business operations - even in small-scale sales transactions.
