Comprehensive provisions pertaining to tenants' protection stand for our social responsibility in business operations. They have been defined and stipulated in Social Charters. Thereby we have defined a social standard which is widely recognized and appreciated in the whole of Germany and which always serves as a yardstick for socially acceptable business operations - even in small-scale sales transactions.
