Tenant Protection

As a result of the GAGFAH SOCIAL CHARTER tenants enjoy comprehensive - and in Germany exemplary - tenant protection rights. The Charter which came into force on September 30, 2004 with the acquisition of GAGFAH by the new shareholder Fortress applies to all tenants who held a lease contract for a GAGFAH owned apartment on that day. Today, the Charter stands for an unparalleled protection from termination of lease agreement and as a standard for socially acceptable business operations in the housing industry.
