The business unit Acquisitions is responsible for portfolio acquisitions for the entire GAGFAH Group. With its acquisitions the GAGFAH Group actively pursues a strategy of growth and value enhancement of the existing portfolio through synergy and diversification effects.
Since the year 2005, several thousand apartments in the entire Federal Republic of Germany have been acquired from various sellers.
In order to reach its business targets of growth and portfolio optimization the GAGFAH Group actively operates in the market and constantly searches for new attractive residential properties.
We are interested in portfolios located in the entire Republic of Germany which do not fall below a minimum size of 150 residential units.
